To register for social housing, you no longer need a housing entitlement certificate. You must submit an application for registration to the Social Welfare Office. However, previously issued housing entitlement certificates remain valid until their expiration date.

After successful registration, you will receive offers for vacant apartments. You cannot apply directly for social housing with us. You must wait until you receive an offer.

If you reject three consecutive offers without valid reasons, or fail to respond to the offers at all, you will be excluded from the Social Welfare Office. You can reapply no sooner than one year later.

The registration confirmation is valid for one year. If you wish to remain registered after this period, you must submit a new application approximately two weeks before the expiration date. If you
